Mama Massage
Pregnancy massage is a nurturing and nourishing treatment for expectant Mama. Improving overall health and wellbeing through her journey.
Helps to reduce stress and minimize swelling in the legs and feet. Each treatment is tailored to your ever-changing body to help you feel the most comfortable. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimester.

Face Massage
This deeply nourishing face massage works on the face, neck, shoulders, head, and décolletage, gently releasing tension and easing tight muscles. Using slow, flowing techniques, it encourages a natural lift and reawakens your radiance, leaving your skin glowing and your body feeling relaxed and refreshed.
More than just a massage for the face, it’s a holistic experience designed to nurture both body and mind. You’ll leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and restored, carrying a sense of calm and wellbeing long after your session ends.

For optimal results, a series of treatment sessions spaced at regular intervals may be recommended.
Please note this treatment may not be suitable for pregnant woman or those with skin conditions such as rosacea, severe eczema, or acne. There is a minimum stand down period of 3 weeks for botox, 3 months for fillers and 7 months for surgical facelifts.

Myofacial Release
Myofascial release focuses on the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds the muscles, aiming to release adhesions and tension in the tissue.
This treatment is performed directly on the skin with no oil, it consists of slow stretching movements, engaging the skin and fascia. We work to create space and accessibility in the tissue. A medium pressure is applied, the client should experience a gentle pulling sensation. Helps with increasing myofascial mobility and glideablitily between muscles, managing pain and restriction as well as having a relaxing effect on the nervous system. This type of work is done at the pace your body allows, it is generally very slow, the client should feel a stretching or pulling sensation.
Please make sure you don't apply any moisturiser to your body before this session.
